Inspired by fellow blogger:

I’ve decided to set my own ‘poem a day’ challenge for March. Each day I’ll pick an Angel Card… http://www.findhorn.org/workshops/game/angel-cards/#.UTD2GqCz6So and, using that word vertically as the first letter for each line, I’ll write an acrostic poem. Today’s Angel is Courage! Here goes…
C an you welcome your fears?
O pen your arms to them?
U nderstand that vulnerability
R esides in the moment before
A ction
G ather yourself
E nter freedom through the door of fear
Any of you want to have a go at an acrostic on Gratitude? The comments section is waiting:-)
I’d be interested also. I went to the link, and I didn’t know how to get to the cards, but when I clicked on something else, it told me my angel card was humour. Should I do that? I think this is a great idea!
Glad you like the idea! I have the physical cards at home so I pick from those. I offered the link so people could find out more about the cards. Great, yes,, you could use the angel you find on the website, great idea! I’d love to read your Humour acrostic!
I love this, Harula. I want my Angel Card to be adventure!
Glad you like the idea:-) Have fun writing an acrostic on Adventure!
This is a truly beautiful acrostic!
A favourite quote of mine, and I dont know where it originated but I have it in a daily reflection book, is “courage is fear that has said it’s prayers”. Your acrostic captures the srntients in this quote perfectly!
I am going to buy some Angel Cards! I havent come across them before, thank you for the introduction
Blessings

Thank you, I’m glad you liked the acrostic and I love the quote, how cool, that is similar to what I was trying to get across! I’m happy you like the angel cards and that you’re going to get some of your own – enjoy:-) My pleasure!
Sorry! That should say “sentiments”
LOL…no probs!
Love these!
Aww, thanks!!!
